I retain the right to use general techniques, frameworks, and non-proprietary code developed during the engagement. I may reference the project in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

I treat all client information as confidential. I will not share, sell, or disclose your business data, credentials, or proprietary information to any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
7. Third-Party Services
Projects may involve third-party tools, platforms, or services (e.g., Shopify, Cloudflare, hosting providers). I am not responsible for the terms, pricing changes, outages, or policies of third-party services. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts and subscriptions.
8. Warranties and Liability
I stand behind my work and will fix bugs or issues that arise from my code within a reasonable period after delivery. However, services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind beyond what is explicitly stated in the project agreement. My total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid for those services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. If the client terminates, payment is due for all work completed to date. If I terminate, I will deliver all work completed and provide a reasonable transition period.
