Multi-Platform Inventory Sync for
Problem: A regional distribution company was manually exporting data from their ERP and re-entering it into their e-commerce platform and accounting system. The process took 8+ hours per week — wrong stock counts, missed orders, duplicate invoices.
Solution: Built a custom integration layer in Laravel that connects their ERP, e-commerce storefront, and accounting platform. Orders sync automatically, inventory levels update across all platforms in near real-time, and invoices are generated without manual intervention.
Result: Eliminated 8+ hours of weekly manual data entry. Stock discrepancies dropped to near zero. The team now spends their time on sales and customer service instead of spreadsheet reconciliation.
Team Management App for Youth Sports
Problem: Youth sports organizations everywhere manage rosters, schedules, communications, and payments across email, group texts, spreadsheets, and shared drives. Parents miss updates, coaches waste hours on admin, and nobody has a single source of truth.
Solution: Building a cross-platform mobile app in Flutter with a Laravel API backend. Features include team rosters, schedule management, push notifications, in-app messaging, and payment tracking. Designed for coaches and parents who aren't technical.
Result: Currently in active development. Early pilot testing shows significant reduction in admin overhead and improved parent engagement across team communications.
Custom Dashboard for
Problem: A professional services firm was tracking projects, billing, and client communications across three different spreadsheets and two SaaS tools. Leadership had no real-time visibility into project health or revenue pipeline.
Solution: Built a custom web application in Laravel with role-based access, project tracking, time logging, automated invoice generation, and a real-time dashboard showing pipeline value, utilization rates, and overdue items.
Result: Replaced 3 spreadsheets and 2 SaaS subscriptions. Leadership now has a single view of their entire operation. Monthly reporting that used to take a full day now happens automatically.
Brand Identity & Online Store for
Problem: A consumer products company was launching a direct-to-consumer channel but had no brand identity, no online presence, and no e-commerce infrastructure. They needed everything — brand, store, and fulfillment connections — built from scratch.
Solution: Developed a complete brand identity (logo, color system, typography, brand guidelines), designed and built a custom Shopify theme optimized for conversion, and connected the store to their fulfillment partner and email marketing platform.
Result: Launched on time and on budget. The store was processing orders within the first week. The brand system is now used across all marketing channels — packaging, social media, print materials, and trade show collateral.
Real-Time Data Pipeline for
Problem: A logistics company needed to track shipments across multiple carrier APIs in real time and surface status updates to their internal team and their customers. Their existing system polled carriers every 30 minutes, leading to stale data and constant "where's my shipment?" calls.
Solution: Built a Node.js service that listens to carrier webhook events, normalizes the data into a unified tracking format, and pushes updates to a PostgreSQL database and a WebSocket layer for real-time UI updates. Includes a fallback polling mechanism for carriers that don't support webhooks.
Result: Tracking updates went from 30-minute delays to near real-time. Customer service calls about shipment status dropped by 40%. The operations team now monitors everything from a single live dashboard.
Organic Traffic Rebuild for
Problem: A local services company had a website that looked decent but generated almost zero organic traffic. No keyword strategy, no structured data, thin content on every page, and a site speed score in the 30s. They were entirely dependent on paid ads for leads.
Solution: Conducted a full technical SEO audit, rebuilt the site structure around keyword-targeted service pages, added schema markup for local business and FAQ rich snippets, rewrote all meta tags and page content, and launched a monthly blog targeting high-intent search terms.
Result: Organic traffic increased 5x within 6 months. Paid ad spend was reduced by 40% while lead volume stayed flat — because organic was filling the gap.
